Kalinga Utsav is a 2-day tribal cum folk festival that celebrates Odisha’s tribal heritage by organising numerous tribal & folk performances by stellar Odia artists, holding panel discussions with experts on tribal issues, and coordinating excellent poetry recitations and tribal art exhibitions, among other activities. The festival aims to sensitise the public to the rich heritage encompassed in Odisha’s tribal identity and urges participants & viewers to rejoice in its glory.
